Apostille services are only available for countries that participate in the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty. Please see Auhtentication services below for non-Hague country documents.

We handle the submission of documents for apostille services with the Secretary of State. Certain documents must be notarized and verified by the county clerk's office before certification with the Secretary of State can be completed. However, state-issued documents that include an authorizing signature and state seal do not require notarization prior to being apostilled.
Authentication Service - US Department of State
Authentication certificates are for documents to be used in countries that do not participate in the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty. These documents are required to go through an additional authentication process certifying the authenticity of the document before being presented in the country of use.
After obtaining the US Department of State certification, the documents are submitted to the Embassy of the respective country to obtain their authentication stamp.
